Who we are

ReptiShop sells terrarium equipment: lighting, heating, environmental controllers, terrariums, breeding containers and accessories. Our warehouse and pickup point are in Błonie near Warsaw, Poland. The store is operated by ReptiShop Sp. z o.o. We have been trading since [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA: rok rozpoczęcia działalności sklepu].

The store grew out of keeping animals, not out of market analysis. We know the difference between equipment that reads well in a spec sheet and equipment that survives a few years in a humid tree-frog enclosure. That is what decides which products we stock.

What we sell

• Lighting — UVB tubes and lamps, basking spots, fixtures, reflectors, plant bulbs.
• Heating — heat mats and cables, ceramic emitters, radiant heat panels.
• Control — thermostats, hygrostats, timers, misting controllers, temperature and humidity sensors.
• Terrariums and containers — glass and PVC terrariums, breeding boxes, rack systems, also built to measure.
• Substrates and decor — substrates, roots, structural backgrounds, water dishes, hides, plants for humid setups.
• Food and supplements — dry and frozen food, calcium and vitamin preparations.

We do not sell animals and we do not broker their sale. We believe an animal should pass to a new keeper directly from the breeder who knows its history, line and health — not out of a courier parcel. Our part is to make sure the conditions it will live in are right.

Who we serve

• People setting up their first terrarium — they usually need help choosing a set for a specific species rather than a list of discounts. Product pages state which animals and enclosure volumes an item suits.
• Experienced keepers — we stock spare parts, individual sensors, fittings and connectors that normally have to be sourced separately.
• Breeding facilities and pet shops — we sell racks and equipment wholesale; terms are on the B2B cooperation page.

How we work

• We advise before you buy. Tell us the species you keep and your enclosure dimensions and we will say what heating output and which UVB are appropriate. That is faster than returning the wrong equipment.
• We describe equipment honestly. We state wattage, dimensions, ingress protection and installation requirements. If a mat requires a thermostat, we say so on the product page, not in the small print of the manual.
• We ship quickly. Stocked goods usually leave us within 1–2 business days. Details on the Shipping and payment page.
• We stay reachable after the sale. Complaints are answered within 14 days, and for faulty electrical devices we first try to diagnose the problem from photos — often the equipment does not need to come back at all.

Racks and made-to-measure terrariums

We also build rack systems and terrariums in non-standard sizes, fitted to the room and the species. Such goods are made to individual order, so they are not covered by the right of withdrawal — we state this before the contract is concluded and confirm dimensions and specification in writing. The completion date is quoted individually.
