Shipping and Payment

We dispatch in 1–2 business days, with free delivery in Poland from PLN 499. Methods, lead times, costs and payment options are listed below.

Delivery methods

The prices below apply to standard orders within Poland. The exact cost for your cart is always shown at checkout, before you confirm the order.

  • InPost parcel lockers 24/7 — PLN 12.99, 1–2 business days. Pickup at any hour; maximum locker size 41 × 38 × 64 cm. The most popular option for lighting, thermostats, substrates and dry food.
  • InPost courier — PLN 16.99, 1–2 business days. Delivery to the address you provide, with an SMS about the delivery window.
  • DPD courier — PLN 18.99, 1 business day. The fastest option for orders placed and paid before 12:00.
  • DHL courier — PLN 14.90, 1–2 business days. A good choice for heavier parcels, including larger bags of substrate.
  • Personal pickup — free. ul. Hodowlana 5, 05-870 Błonie, Poland, Monday to Friday 8:00–16:00. Wait for the message that your order is ready before coming.

Free delivery from PLN 499

Orders of PLN 499 or more ship free within Poland. The threshold counts the value of goods after discounts, excluding delivery. The cart shows a progress bar with the amount still missing. Lead times

  • Orders paid before 12:00 on a business day are usually packed the same day.
  • Goods in stock are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being credited; for cash on delivery we count from order confirmation.
  • The carrier's transit time shown with each delivery method is added to the preparation time.
  • If an item has a longer lead time we state it on the product page and after the order is placed. On request we split the shipment into two parcels and send the first immediately.
  • The maximum period for handing goods over to a consumer is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Shipping racks and oversized goods

Breeding racks and large terrariums do not fit a standard courier parcel. We ship them on a pallet or by an oversized-parcel courier, under separate rules:

  • preparation time: usually 3–10 business days; for made-to-measure builds we state the date individually before the contract is concluded,
  • transport cost is calculated for the specific address — choose individual quotation at checkout or write to us before ordering,
  • delivery is kerbside; carrying the goods inside is not part of the carrier's service,
  • check the condition of the pallet and wrapping in the driver's presence and ask for a damage report if anything is wrong,
  • someone able to inspect and sign for the shipment must be present.

Delivery to the Czech Republic and Slovakia

We ship to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You order in the same store and settle in Polish zloty; any currency conversion is made by your card issuer or payment provider at their rate.

  • delivery usually takes 1–2 business days longer than within Poland,

  • cash on delivery may be unavailable outside Poland — the methods you can use appear at checkout after you select the country,
  • oversized goods shipped abroad require an individual quote.

The contract is governed by Polish law; this does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence.

Payment methods

Instant payments

  • BLIK — a six-digit code from your Polish banking app, credited within seconds.
  • Payment card — Visa and Mastercard with 3D Secure authentication.
  • Instant bank transfer (Przelewy24) — choose your bank and approve the transfer in online banking.
  • Google Pay and Apple Pay — pay with a saved card without typing the number.
  • PayPal — pay from your balance or a linked card.

Deferred payment and instalments

  • PayPo — buy now, pay within 30 days. The decision is made by PayPo on its own terms.
  • iRaty Alior — spreading the purchase over instalments; terms and creditworthiness are assessed by the bank.

Bank transfer and cash on delivery

  • Classic bank transfer — transfer details arrive in the order confirmation. Account number: [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA: numer rachunku bankowego i nazwa banku]. We pack the order once the payment is credited; please pay within 3 business days.
  • Cash on delivery — pay the courier or at the parcel locker on collection. It may be unavailable for pallet shipments.

Card and instant transfer payments are processed by [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA: pełna nazwa i dane operatora płatności]. We neither receive nor store full card details.

Invoices and documents

A sales document accompanies every order. A VAT invoice is issued when you provide a VAT ID before completing the order — the field is at checkout, in the invoice details section. Documents are sent electronically to the e-mail address given in the order and are also available in your customer panel. A VAT ID cannot be added to a receipt after the document has been issued, so it is worth entering it straight away.

Tracking your parcel

Once the parcel is handed over we send an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the carrier. The number is also visible in the Orders tab of your customer panel. The carrier's status usually appears within a few hours of dispatch.
